Not for first-timers
I thought I had asked a lot of questions during the sales pitch but once the system was installed we realized we did not have enough training. My husband received NO tutorial except from me. It was assumed we knew how a security system is operated. Thank goodness there is a manual. It does not replace human interaction however or "tips" to avoid human error.
