Great job
Great job! The video honestly looks better than the original VCR copy. Smooth playback. I got the digital copy and the DVD copy. They edit the DVD copy so that it fits a modern 16:9 ratio TV. It seems they cut the top and bottom of the footage to fit. I typically don't like this but it did look great on my TV. I always have the 4:3 in the digital format too. Fast professional service. I'd recommend getting both copies, so you can preserve the original video aspect while also having a copy to view on TV.

Thank you for your kind words about our services, we appreciate the feedback. I wanted to jump in here to let you know that its your DVD player or TV thats cropping the image. If you like how it looks, great - leave it alone, but if you want to see it in its native 4:3 format, it should be as simple as pushing a button on your remote control. Give us a call if you want us to walk you through the steps to do this with your particular TV/DVD player.

I have used Envision several years ago for conversion of audio cassette tapes to mp3 files for research interviews, and recently as well. I also had several recordings on my phone that they were able to download and convert to mp3 files. I was very satisfied.
