A little misunderstanding on pick up

EVS truly put time and care into converting my family's 60 year old 8 mm film into a DVD for our family to cherish. Not knowing how the quality of the film's preservation over the years, I was nervous we would not have much usable footage out of it. However, EVS pleasantly surprised us with their great work. Thank you for helping us create a family keepsake to last generations to come!

I'm happy that the order was completed earlier than I anticipated, and the people I dealt with were very nice and helpful. I had a bit of a misunderstanding with the services that they clarified for me right away. All in all, good experience.

Courteous & attentive staff. The work --converting a professionally produced VHS tape from 1991 to a digital file--was top quality. They turned it around faster than expected. Customer focused management.

i had some topes that i thought were family movies sent in to convert to dvd. i found out after the fact that one of them had been copied over with commercials and tv shows. i knew the risk of this, but i would of really liked to have been called and notified that the tape labeled family Christmas 1992, was a tv show instead. i ended up blowing 40$ on nothing, but i accepted this risk from the beginning, the videos we done very good. I'm happy with them. only other thing i would of wanted more is there was no communication at all, i would of liked at least a call or email letting me know it was done and they were being shipped. but i would still recommend the service to people.

I have used them several times once to convert 8mm film to DVD and then as to convert 35mm slides to a CD. Their work was well done and on time.
