As others have said, I ordered the Barsys 2.0 Smart Coaster and received a cheap light up coaster for your vehicle. I attempted to contact their “Customer Service” and received a response offering me a $6.00 refund. It is nothing more than smoke and mirrors. The payment goes through their PayPal account, the receipt is from someone else, the item is shown to be sold through Envisagem, the tracking shows the item coming from Italy, and the package I received came from a “Keathers Fottyes” out of Gardena, California. The only thing I can do at this point is dispute it through my credit card company. What a scam…

Do not buy off these people. I ordered the Barsy’s 2.0 Smart Coaster with the expectation that I’d receive the advertised smart features. Instead, what arrived was nothing more than a basic coaster that lights up—no smart functionality, no Barsy technology, nothing even close to what was promised. This was an absolute scam. The product I received did not match the description in any way, and the experience left me feeling misled and frustrated. Save your money and avoid this seller entirely.

I just now read reviews. Ordered the smart coaster mixologist, received a light up coaster.Advised the company and they said I got what I ordered and offered me 6 US dollars as a refund. SCAM

Complete scam, expedite shipping is another way to get more money out of you for same shipping standard and product sent is not what they are advertising.
