If I could leave 0 stars I would. Product took almost 4 months to arrive which would have been fine if it had looked like the website pictures. It was an Air Force metal garden sign but all around the main emblem there’s fake letters typed. You can’t make out what letters it supposed to be. Been arguing back and forth with customer service for a week so far. First they offered $5 and said id have to cover the $40 return shipping when shipping cost $5.99 to start. Then they said the most they can offer is $8 despite their website claiming full money back guarantee.

I needed to change my payment method and asked to have all of my children billed on the same date. She was very helpful and accomplished all of this for me.

This company is a scam .. I ordered "Commemorative Glass – 1776-2026 Heritage Edition", what I got was cheap plastic with stickers peeling off. It looks like a kids cup set and not a very good one at that. They came from China (I didn't realize that) and they overcharged me on sales tax (it was refunded). I paid for VIP shipping to get it before July 4th. Even if they had come in time, I would be embarrassed to ever use these. I have requested a full refund for false advertising .. total rip off and very disappointed I purchased this "on a whim" .. Live and Learn!! I should have check reviews first, as I see overwhelmingly they suck!

Smaller than I thought. Well made & they are so cute. Coming from China has a longer receiving parcel time. I love them. May order more.

Never received the insert for the box I bought for the glasses so now it looks cheap with paper separating the glasses and bottle

Well, what I received was not what I ordered. I was expecting a knife like tool with a scabbard. What I received was a utility knife ... a glorified box cutter - no scabbard and not close to what I was expecting. That being said, it's a perfectly good box cutter. It's beautiful and works well. I just didn't need what I received but it's too much hassle to return it so I kept it.
