I feel scammed by this company.
I feel scammed by this company. We sent the sample for the ERMI test. In the meantime, we tried to cut out a deal, because we're running low on money. Eventually, they said they could not do anything about that, so we phoned them and asked to cancel the service. They said it was canceled and we were to be refunded. They never did. When I approach them again, they said they had no record of cancelation! This was a crazy bad experience.
