I've used dozens of paid WordPress plugins over the years but I've never had a support experience like the one at Envira. They were incredibly patient and helpful and guided me to resolve a very complicated issue with one of my site templates. Really appreciate them - AND - the plugin is awesome too!

Having experienced a technical issue with my site and noticed Envira Gallery was producing error messages in the error-log, I reached out to the support team. They were not only quick to respond but the level of support was superb. I created a staging site for them to use and they soon came up with a temporary solution whilst they continued to investigate so that the live site was again usable.
