We sold our home ourselves, with Jason's help on EntryOnly.com. It felt like a daunting task to undertake selling our house without a real estate agent, but Jason walked us through the process and was always respectful, very responsive, and extremely helpful every step of the way. There were no glitches at any point in the process and email reminders along the way were very helpful as well. We would highly recommend working with Jason to anyone contemplating selling their home on their own - he made it easy and worry-free!

I highly recommend this service. Selling my house myself couldn’t have been any easier. Excellent support and all the information and materials that I needed to list and show my home. Publications are very professional and timely.

I have used EntryOnly numerous times with excellent results. Not only is Jason quick to respond to any questions or changes you may have, but you also save a boat load of money. No need to use a regular broker who takes a good chunk of your money. The name of the game is to get onto the MLS for everyone to see your property.

Jason was extremely professional and helped me make selling our home a success.

Jason was very helpful and walked me through the process in the beginning. He returned emails promptly and was also reachable by phone. But my favorite part was entry only saved me 9000.00 on my sale!

Jason was great! He was always quick to respond to all of my questions/issues.

If everyone knew how easy and stress-free this process is, no one would use a realtor! I was a bit nervous to start, but a friend assured me it’s easy, and it was! Potential buyers love hearing about the house from the current owner, and our house sold in no time. It was nice to schedule showings on my own terms. Everything is provided for you, and if you have any questions, help is just an email away. Give it a try - there’s nothing to lose but a lot of money to be saved!

Jason was very attentive and responded each time we had a question about selling our home. I'll be honest, we also relied heavily on the broker for the buyers when we weren't sure what to do next, but Jason helped whenever we called. For instance, we discovered a problem with our septic system during the home inspection, and Jason pointed out it would be best for us to take care of the problem rather than leaving the buyers to worry about what they were getting into.
