Very helpful, great price!!!

This was so easy to do and we had great success selling our place.

I had a very positive experience with Entry Only. We were selling a house that we had renovated and found out it was a way we could get on MLS without an agent. I was given all the resources I needed to be empowered to negotiate with a local real estate agent once they found a buyer for my house. Instead of six or 7% I could negotiate 2%. I highly recommend anyone signing up for Entry Only if you’re trying to sell a house on your own.

I would have these people sell my house anytime.

We did give the local real estate agents an opportunity to sell our house, but they didn't get anyone even to walk through after months. They weren't doing anything to sell our home and they wanted us to reduce the price of our unique (we built it, low toxic, solar) Maine island home. They thought they could sell it for $375,000. That seemed low to us so we got out of that deal and listed with entry only and sold for $475,000 within two weeks! True story! And the buyers got a great deal, I see that our old house is now valued at over $600,000 on zillow just a couple of years later.

Anyone who is willing to put in some work on selling their real estate can save a lot of money on the commission. All required forms are available online. Sold several properties this way and did so very quickly. Very happy with this website.

I would encourage anyone selling their home to buy an mls listing on this website. The necessary forms from P&S agreement to closing documents are included as well as direct contact with the agent (Jason) to answer any questions. We had a real estate attorney review the contract and because there wasn’t a realtor involved we saved several thousand dollars from the sale of our home.

Loved the ease and simplicity of setting up, and editing, our listing. Started to get hits and viewing requests almost instantly (3 years ago- prior to the truly hot market). The only problem I had was that the listing worked so well that brokers kept calling to see if they could list my home instead. To me that was a sign that my EntryOnly listing was a great choice. Process was easy, all the necessary documents were easy to use, and Jason was extremely responsive whenever we needed assistance. Would recommend the service without hesitation!
