When others in the buyers side emailed the listing service rather then us directly for showings and then paperwork needs, the service promptly emailed me so there were no delays. Response time to most questions was pretty quick. I think having our house on the MLS was helpful. My one negative remark would be that they claim to offer a service for finding a top local realtor. When I inquired about getting the names of good local realtors I didn't receive a response at all. It is unclear at what point they are willing to do this in the process, but it would have been nice to receive a response. I would suggest making sure you gather this detail before signing up.
