Hey David, we are so sorry about the recent result delays. Our team is working diligently to implement and test new solutions in order to reduce result times for all of our customers. Following the launch of our new app, we removed the revocation period you mentioned regarding updating results within 15 minutes of an instant result, as all results on the updated app are finalized upon receipt! With the removal of the 15-minute revocation period and all results being finalized upon receipt, we want to ensure our accuracy is on par with what our customers expect in order to best protect their businesses. To address what you mentioned about expediting tests for $15, this is not a service that we offer at this time. All submissions are addressed under the same priority to ensure fairness across our customer base.

Hey there, we apologize for any confusion regarding certificate revocations. The revocation of a company's certificates is not done solely because a company cancels its Entrupy partnership. In the case of a standard cancellation, certificates remain valid and active. Certificates are revoked in instances that are deemed by our team to be fraudulent. For example, swapping Entrupy certified bags with non-Entrupy certified bags before sending them to the business's customer. When we receive reports of fraud or identify fraudulent patterns, a full investigation is conducted on the customer in question before any action to cancel accounts or certificates is taken by Entrupy.
