Enterprise bad news!
Went to pick up our reserved rental. We were using a VISA debit card to pay. They would not accept our card. We have plenty of money in our accounts. Said had to be a major cc. Wouldn't let us speak to a manager. When we reserved we gave them our payment info. I called them back to get the rental with my major cc. Truck was no longer available. So here we are on moving day with w/o a moving truck.

Cancelled without notice Fife,WA
Been renting a truck to pull our boat on vacation, 10 days, for seven years with no problem. Until this year, made the reservation 6 months in advance, they sent an email 2 days in advance, basically saying everythings on schedule see you on Friday. All of our other vacation reservations had now reached no refund on cancellations. Grand kids were packed and ready to go. We were literally on the road to pick up the truck when we got a call from Enterprise saying sorry no trucks available, the whole vacation was ruined and costs us thousand of dollars in lost reservations. Very unfair never going through them again

BEWARE!! THIEVES!
BEWARE!!! They steal your money! They run a scam of loop holes that they say is out of their hands. But £250 to fix a wing mirror is financial abuse and a con! I rented a van from Enterprise in Bexhill, East Sussex. While offloading, I returned to find the wing mirror on the ground on the road side of the van. The mirror was cracked. I put it back in place and returned the van. They already had my £200 deposit and required and extra £50 as insurance excess. I as assured it would never cost that much to repair. 1 week later they confirmed it had been repaired but their department didn't handle the refund of the remaining deposit. 2 months later I was told the repair job was in excess of £250 and so I was not due a refund. And this after contacting them three times! You have been warned! I'm not even sure if it was another car that clipped the mirror or if it had already been loose, why it dropped out. But I'm £250 out of pocket.

🚨 Beware of Buying Used Trucks from…
🚨 Beware of Buying Used Trucks from Enteprise Truck Rental and Sales🚨
I purchased two used trucks fromEnteprise Truck Rental and Sales, trusting their sales process. Within five months, one truck had a complete engine failure.
🔹 After a few oil changes, metal flakes were found in the oil, which is a clear sign of pre-existing internal damage.
🔹 I reached out for help, and while David tried, the company refused to take responsibility.
🔹 No compensation, no repair assistance—just silence after selling me a lemon.
If you’re considering buying from them, demand a full vehicle report and have a mechanic inspect everything. I learned the hard way—don’t make the same mistake.

Enterprise Truck Rental Cheating A MInority Owned Business
We are a small female minority owned business and we have been using Enterprise Truck Rental for long term box truck rentals for almost 2 years. Our initial rental location was located in Springfield, MO and we had an absolutely fantastic relationship with the manager of that facility. We had no problems and he absolutely worked with us as partner to ensure that the trucks were maintained and if we had any issues he was right on it and everything was resolved. Our account was transferred to the Lowell,AR office when that office was opened. When we opened our account Enterprise Truck Rental did not have a location in NWA so Springfield, MO was the nearest location. However, since being transferred to this office about 9 months ago, we have many difficulties, primarily of being overcharged and not receiving invoices in a timely manner. Now today, the manager has abruptly contacted us and informed us that they are terminating our long term rental agreement. I can only assume it is because we have dared to question and inquire about billing. The manager has come up with a plethora of "reasons" as to why this is happening to which we responded to each point. He has particularly stated that we do not get the trucks in for timely maintenance. However our response was that the manager or his assistant, constantly call in to inform us that the trucks need to go in for maintenance on short notice and these trucks are used in our business. We are movers and those trucks go out of state and all over! Contrary to what they may believe, these trucks are not just sitting idle in our yard, unused. We definitely get them into maintenance as soon as they come back in. I requested that they give us the maintenance schedule so that we can at least know when the trucks are approaching the need for maintenance so that we may make arrangements to get other trucks or adjust our moving schedule. When these trucks do go in for maintenance they are kept in the shop for days or weeks and according to Enterprise we are expected to pay for this period and have been charging us for this time when we are not in possession or using these trucks and now when we want an accounting and credit for the times that these trucks have been in the shop, which they have not responded to until today, all of a sudden we are to return the trucks by tomorrow! I wonder if this was a white, male owned company, if they would even be doing this. I am sure that they would have given at least a detailed explanation of the charges. NO ONE has contacted us. The manager here does it all through text messaging! I definitely plan to sue for discriminatory policies and most definitely for the disruption to my business! It is tough enough that we are making it in a male dominated field but to have a major corporation practically trying to drive us out of business is beyond the pale! Additionally, we have spent $387,000 at Enterprise Truck Rentals
