A TOTAL scam !! Bought merchandise. It was never delivered, although vendor said that it was delivered. SHADY vendor 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

This dishonest seller charged us more than initial amount. Refund (luckily) the wrong amount difference, then sent wrong item! And this bastard wants us to pay money for shipping it back! To China! Like he screwed up and can't do anything about it!

Package was apparently delivered by USPS 6 weeks or so after I ordered and left by my front door. It wasn’t there when I arrived home and I have looked around and checked with neighbors. I emailed Entaloram about this and to have the product reshipped. I have received approximately 15 email exchanges that appear to be automated. First, they tell me it was delivered and check with PO and neighbors. After my response, they the ask for address confirmation. Then, they tell me the address that was on my order and ask me to check with the PO, neighbors, etc. Repeat After the second round of emails and the long delay to get the product, I changed my request for replacement to refund. Completely non-responsive.

All the Handmade Cute Needle Felted Mouse comes unassembled - you have to sew them yourself! NOWHERE IN THEIR AD TO THEY SAY THIS, the pictures show them all together!!! I hate humans!!!!

Frauds! I should have known better, how could those adorable mice sell for so little. I ordered over a month ago, 1 still not delivered. Definitely from China though they advertise Made in USA. They lead you to believe the mice will arrive assembled, that’s not the case. It’s scammers like this that make me not want to shop on Instagram! Bottom line - if it seems too good to be true, it is! I will be reaching out to AmEx, they’re good about going after fraudsters.

I ordered a complete set of adorable Christmas mice ornaments in the first week of December. They just arrived, January 12th. And just a box full of supplies to make them myself!!! With generic directions! These were not "handmade" as advertised, and it's just un believable and disappointing! Buyer beware. Never again will I purchase from this company!!

The site is over prices and the quality of the items are not worth it. The time it takes to receive damaged items. The cheap packaging from this company vs the high price you get charged is not worth using this site to purchase anything. Buyer beware site! I paid over $200 for 6 items and the main piece of the purchase items was damaged. Making the item worthless. I purchased before holidays to receive items on time and not damaged. When I mailed holiday gift out. The first person to receive the gift opened it up earlier than the holiday to send me a picture of the broken items. I emailed company. They requested pictures of each item. I gave the half the order because I already mailed gifts off and didn't have any more. First I was emailed I would only receive what I sent company pictures of....(3items) Than I was told they could not find receipts for me receiving the items. Than I was apologized to that would receive $20 back for the full order. Now the support team email is not replied back. This site or company is a buyer beware site. Looks one way online than received another way. Lies about delivering dates because items have to go through customs if you order from America. This company is in Italy. Do not spend your hard earned money with this company/ on this site.😩🚫😩🚫

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company is deceiving. They advertise that the product is made in America. It’s not. The tracking said it came from Italy. My mom’s tracking said Ireland. When I requested a return, they told me I’d have to ship it back to CHINA and only would offer me $9.00 for the $35.00 purchase that I made. These mice are not assembled. They sent styrofoam shaped like a mouse, a bag of fur, and the accessories. You have to needle it and assemble it yourself. Don’t waste your money.
