Scam. Mice are kits and instructions are crap. Complained and they refunded me $6 on my $80 order. Stay away from this company.

I ordered the very cute little mice for Xmas presents. No where in the description did it say you actually had to make them yourself. It came with picture instructions which were no help at all. I am living with disability from a stroke so I do not have my hands to put this thing together. I will never order from this company again. Good luck trying to reach this company for a refund. It says 24/7 help.not the case at all. Buyer beware.

A complete scam. Stay away.

Nowhere in your description of this would I have believed I paid this much money for the parts of which I have to needlefelt the damned mouse! I am beyond livid as your descriptions in all of the photos purport that the mouse will already be as shown in the picture. I would NEVER recommend anyone buying this because it's false advertising. Above on your site it says: ✅Specification: Height: 3 inches Materials: wool, wire, fabric, leather, paper ✅Package Includes: Needle Felted Mouse ×1 If the Specification means it is a kit then it needs to state that it is a kit and not a completed mouse which your Package section states. I will be putting this out there on social media, not just on your website where my rating will probably be deleted!

Do not purchase from this company. No contact, tracking details are incorrect, no notification of delivery, try to change extra postage. Two months worth of drama, finally got my money back from PayPal, thank you PayPal.

Order items back in late June on FB, after numerous inquiries, my items reached Milwaukee, WI, anc went no further. I don’t live in WI. That’s the last I heard from them. Then I got a shipping update and the items were shipped directly from China. Now the latest update is it’s been on a plane in the US for 4 days. It’s all BS, they are a scam. I’ll never buy anything from them nor from FACEBOOK. TOTAL SCAM

Zero stars if I could, I ordered an item because there was a video on fb and the item looked awesome, ordered 2 of the item and they are nothing what they advertised as.

Purchased a lovely advertising wind mill and received one 1/10th of the size with not all the pieces. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY WISH I WOULD HAVE SEEN A BAD REVIEW. THIS COMPANY IS LOWER THAN A 1 STAR.
