ensure with 4 fiber I purchased through Amazon and there is no mild delay in shitting in your pants and I cannot make it to the toilet.i will not purchase this product again because I have shit in several pairs of pants and have shit all over my floor and bed. the ensure strawberry 16 protein and 4 fiber tastes great but once this drink activates my stomach I will immediately shit in my pants. very funny but true.
