Disgusting customer service, called to change the date of my policy start date and they wouldn't do it as the policy doesn't start until the 07/07. Asked could I cancel as I am within the cooling off period and was told no. Absolutely disgusting. I will be cancelling this that's for sure. Asked to speak to a manager several times and was refused...

Tried to buy car insurance via money supermarket. Total disaster. This company is ‘undergoing change’ and having laboriously completed the forms, and paid the premium, confirmed on my iPhone with bank, I get a message on screen that something has gone wrong, and please return to the comparison site!!! Did as I was asked, the quote then rose by £100. What planet are these people on? Steer clear, in my opinion. No phone number that connects you, you email address. Mmmmm

Wife's car was damaged by a ensure policy holder,they were spot on contacting me and most things were sorted out but I was told to call if I needed something.i did 4 times,first one call just ended second was put through to other department rang for 105 minutes before I stop it, third the woman was very abrupt and rud fourth got lovely woman but not able to sort out and couldn't get a team leader and is meant to call back tonight?. I would like to point out we didn't course the accent.

So my insurance has gone up from 303 to 476 plus 20 years no claims. To cancel my renewal they keep you on phone for ages in the end I put the phone down. After taking all my details to cancel. Why do you have to wait ….. so long to confirm cancellation. Listening to the most depressing music! Shame on you Ensure another loyal customer gone! Oh and 0345 number cost me 30p a minute hence why I was on hold so long!

what is wrong with this country we pay more for everything iphones,cars, tvs fuel and car insurance people need to check there Auto renewl or they could be in for a shock with Ensure over 90% increase Rip Off Britain the finance regulator needs to step in here
