Item arrived quickly, tracking experience was smooth right up to my front door. You can tell the packers did a superb job, as not a single bit of oil leaked outside of the sturdy glass vial luxuriously bagged and boxed. As for the oud itself, well, I'm curious... just how can a fragrance be so familiarly comforting yet pleasantly surprising from moment to moment? Such, I suppose, is the mystery of Ensar Oud. Having been sent a sample of Haitian Khus with a previous order as they always generously do, I knew I had to grab a 5gr bottle. The order arrived quickly and efficiently. Normally I order bottles of EO perfume but this Haitian Khus is the most amazing and complete vetiver I have ever smelled. I can’t help but dab a little oil here and there throughout the day. As usual I was not disappointed. EO is synonymous with beauty and quality.

The entire experience: 1.) The in-depth write ups for the products. Felt like each product had it's own story, a journey it made through. 2.) The communication from the team; personal notes, and also kept me updated on the status. 3.) The products are amazing. For someone who took in the smell of real oud for the first time, it was an amazing experience.
