Thanks for sharing, can you elaborate more on what you were expecting? Perhaps there's a more suitable oud, both you picked were from the same region.

Purchased Oud Extraordinaire on July 11, 2025, delivered July 18, 2025. Expected 8–12+ hour longevity based on Ensar’s claims and reviews (e.g., Trustpilot, Kafkaesque). Sadly, it lasts under 2 hours on my skin with proper application (1–2 drops, no rubbing). Contacted Ensar Oud, but their response was dismissive, citing their no-return policy and my lack of experience with oud, without addressing the issue. The oil’s texture seems okay, but the performance suggests possible dilution or batch issues. Filing a claim with my payment provider. Disappointed, as I hoped for the quality Ensar is known for. Do not waste your money with this cheap company.

Oud Extraordinaire is one of our most popular oud oils. And everyone loves it, well almost everyone = | There is a phenomenon called 'bottle shock' which may be playing part in your experience. The aroma molecules literally rearrange during high altitude transportation, and take some time to realign before you get the full spectrum of the scent profile. There are also other variables to consider such as ambient temperature, humidity, and even the way your skin interacts with oils. Another HUGE factor is whether or not you're familiar with natural aromatics. People that are used to synthetics will perceive natural aromatics to be 'light' and having poor performance, when really you simply haven't adjusted to the natural aroma. The olfactory receptors renew every 40 days or so, so what I would recommend is to not give up on it, rather to approach it again and again training your nose to pickup on its nuances. A zero rating is appropriate. I have received the fragrances, and after applying the free sample, it is clear that the words to describe these fragrances on the website are no more than knock-off poetry, as the fragrances themselves. Watch for words as mystic, sultan, years of distilling, and geography lessons to describe these products. After using the free sample, it was clear that the fragrances are not what they are supposed to be. Read the return policy, and you will know the guilt they place on you for returning their product. Mr. Riding has stumbled upon poetry and cheap labor to exploit untrained noses into buying Ensar's product. Shipping is from Jordan.

This score is for the after-sales service of ensaroud. ensaroud has two faces, one is pre-sales and the other is after-sales. I received an invitation from Adam's private email to buy perfume. I asked for a gift from Lily, and Adam readily agreed. I thought it was beyond the gift promised in the perfume advertisement email, so I placed an order. But when I received the perfume express, there was only the gift that Adam promised, not the gift of advertising mail. So I contacted Adam, who said that he would not give the gift of advertising mail as long as Lily by default. After leaving a comment on Trustpilot, I sent an email scolding me and even closed my purchasing account. I think if you don't send the promised advertising gift, you should confirm with me before shipping. Maybe I will cancel the order, but Adam didn't ask me and even said in the later communication that it's shameful to want another gift. I don't understand. Having one attitude before sales and one attitude after sales is shameful. I have saved all the emails above as proof.

Lily Ghalia was a promotional gift. It was replaced by a different gift. You wrote after asking if you buy the perfume can you get Lily Ghalia as a gift. We said yes, and fulfilled the order as agreed. If you wanted what was advertised, why did you request the previous promotional gift? The fact that you are going back and changing all the reviews to 1 star exhibits why we no longer wish to provide our services to you.
