We list the credit score requirement on our website on the loan application process so the customer will know upfront what is the credit score requirement is for our loan. In order to achieve that, we partner with several lending partners that would be able to provide the capital. Please understand that fees and interest will vary depending on your business stage and industry (i.e. if your business is deemed riskier for example if you have zero revenue or cash flow, you might be assessed a higher fee and interest). Also, we and our partner will contact you to see if you are still interested in applying for a loan and if you are not interested, please simply tell us that you are no longer interested. We’re sorry you didn’t have a pleasant experience. In regards to your receipt, we send out receipts for every purchase. If you didn't receive a receipt, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, please email [email protected] and we'll send another one to your email address. Our loan process doesn't ask you to provide social security numbers, bank account information or anything that would put your data at risk. We do this on purpose as security is important to us as a company. So no need to be worried, we don't have access to your personal information. With our loan process, we speak with every single customer to make sure they understand what’s needed to receive the funds.
