EnjoyfballReviews of enjoyfball.com

Contacted the company via email and WhatsApp. No response. Money taken, but product not sent. Not a trusted site, something not right.

Ordered 2 shirts, a current Man Utd shirt and a retro shirt, after reading the reviews a day after ordering I was in quite a panic about the stories of money being taken from credit card so I cancelled mine, the day after ordering I was added to a what's app group that had many numbers with country code for India which I immediately deleted, and although I have no evidence that it is linked to this site, I do find it very coincidental, the shirts arrived today (2 weeks after ordering) and are very good quality (although I haven't yet washed them) and they are a little small, I ordered XXL and the retro shirt fitted me precisely but the current shirt is too tight (I'm normally XL) All in all I'm satisfied with the quality of the shirts although the sizing is off, but my advice to anyone using this site would be for the love of God DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD, if you really want to order here use a PRE PAID CARD ONLY.

Print started coming off after only a few washes. Postage very slow but I was forgiving to that. I contacted support email and was told I was meant to hand wash! Who hand washes football clothing. Also the site doesn’t accurately convert usd to your currency and they take more than the total from your bank. Definitely scam

Absolute scam site that will steal your money then never send anything. 4 months trying to deal with customer service and they are useless. I am going to post about this site everywhere I can on the internet to warn others. Beware!

Don’t go on that website it’s a scam the real website is joyfball… Be safe out there👍🏻

I placed an order for two Arsenal football shirts (1 red, 1 black) and was sceptical. The package arrived containing the red shirt and a black Brazil shirt (instead of the black Arsenal shirt). I contacted the support team and asked where I could return the shirt and for them to send the correct one. They apologised and told me they couldn't accept returns but would provide a "coupon" so I can order a replacement shirt. I accepted their offer but no coupon has been provided and I have chased every day for the last five days but they have not responded.

Ordered 3 kits and before they’ve even arrived this company stole my card details and attempted to defraud me. Thankfully my credit card company cancelled the transaction and my card and identified this payment as how my card details were cloned. Don’t use!!!

So far I've made 2 orders in this "shop". The first time I bought one Barcelona kit, it arrived and everything was fine. Quality was satisfying and it didn't really look fake. A few weeks ago I made my second purchase ( 3 kits ). And that's the moment where it gets stinky. I wanted to ask them a question so I contacted them via email. I asked them about my kit personalization and in their reply they asked me if I wanted to add the kit that I bought previously to this order??? I tried asking them the same question again but no response. My kits arrived but as always they came later than expected, but that's not the biggest problem. I don't know if my credit card details were leaked or sold, but I can say that I lost my money due to the fact that I bought there. Don't use this website unless you have a credit card that you never use.
