Very disappointing customer service. The name on the back of the Man City shirt started to come off after two hand washes. I was told to glue it! My son was being laughter at and bullied because he wasn't wearing a genuine top - children can be very cruel. My emails are now being ignored and my last email has been returned as undeliverable as my email address has been blocked. Emails are very blunt, obviously not English speaking, and they have no complaints procedure. No apology, simply four words in their reply email "you can glue it". I certainly won't purchase again. They don't want to know when anything goes wrong, they just ignore and then block. I understand I didn't buy genuine, however the attitude and lack of customer care is shocking. Don't waste your money - the old saying is right, you buy cheap you buy twice!

Okay I ordered in november and after multiple issues ans holidays of shipping i finally recievedmy package today. I'm not satisfied with the customer service but the quality of the goods are totally worth the hustle. it took total of 100 days to receive my package instead of the promised 20 to 30 dwys.

I ordered several times from this company with no problem. This time I ordered and they got my money and said my payment had declined and will not send my items. The money clearly came out of my checking account so I was definitely scammed. Beware and do not order from this company!

I read some of the 1 star reviews but I hav enerverend had a problem like this shipping takes a while but when it arrives they’re perfect I have ordered more than 5 times and wil keep coming back because there service is good the the t shorts are good

Ordered 6 shirts from this company on 3 seperate occasions, amazing price, shipping takes about 3 weeks and some minor printing problems on one shirt but the rest are perfect, highly recommend this website to any football fans, just spent 200 dollars on four more, trust this place completley and I thank them so much for saving me so much money. Edit - all 4 shirts just arrived after 18 days. exactly what I ordered. One not the fabric I thought and was thinner than expected but for 50 NZD each its amazing. Huge thank you to this website

My order was dispatched never recieved was told i would receive it and still nothing no refund or shirts sent over 20 emails. A joke no communication at all.

Avevo già utilizzato questo sito in 2 precedenti occasioni e, salvo i tempi di consegna lunghissimi rispetto a quanto affermano (altro che 7 giorni: di media si parla di 20/25 giorni), le maglie sono arrivate e rispondevano alle aspettative. Viste le precedenti esperienze, ordino 2 magliette e una tuta del Milan il 16/12/24. L'ordine arriva l'8 gennaio del 2025 ma, con mia enorme sorpresa, con i seguenti problemi: - manca la tuta - le 2 maglie hanno un numero stampato sbagliato rispetto alla richiesta Contatto il servizio clienti su WhatApp che mi risponde dicendo che la tuta non era più disponibile (quindi, sul sito le disponibilità in magazzino non sono aggiornate, quindi, ho pagato un prodotto non disponibile) e mi rispondono che mi faranno un coupon del valore della tuta. Da quel momento, non succede nulla: zero coupon, zero risposte ai miei solleciti, nulla di nulla. Anzi, ho avuto un'altra sorpresa: hanno usato la mia carta di credito per tentare di acquistare dei prodotti su siti online; per fortuna, la mia banca ha bloccato la transazione ritenendola una potenziale truffa. Ho dovuto, quindi, annullare la carta e farmela rifare. Mi sono preso una bella fregatura e, da quanto leggo, non sono il solo. State alla larga da questo sito!

It's been over 45 days now and I haven't received my order. Have tried to reach out to them multiple times to no avail. Really disappointed by this as I have bought jerseys from them with no problem in the past. Shameful customer service. Will be contacting my credit card company to report this as fraud.
