I have been First Aid & CPR certified for over 15 years and I have never seen an such an unprepared Instructor. There was no real instruction and all we did was to read from the manual out loud like kids. This is the kind of training that requires a lot of hands on time as possible. The techniques you will acquire on this training could not be learned from a book. In order to be able to perform as expected from a certified person you need to actually know what to do and practice in training as if you were in a real emergency. The instructor did not know basic things like proper hand position to perform CPR, basic reference points to position yourself in relation to the patient, proper hand position, how to locate ideal spot for compressions among other many many things. To have instructors like the one I had is UNSAFE. We have now 3 people out there with a piece of paper saying they can save some ones life but in reality this might now be the case. Hope this problem can be addressed so we can actually train people properly and save lives in the future. Thank you

I already sent in one review, apparently you don't read them! On that one I gave 4 out of 5 stars because of delay in receiving my certification card and STILL do not have it! If no response, I'll do another review with 0 stars - very disappointed!

I am very glad to have received this email asking me to review the company, I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I took the adult and pediatric CPR, AED and Basic first aid course. I do want to note that the instructor of the class did a very good job teaching, was very thorough and was open for questions. That is not why I am disappointed. I have waited 3 years to get into nursing school and needed this certification as a last check to get in. My deadline was quickly approaching and I had still not received my certification. I had sent multiple e-mail's to the corporate office requesting a certification and no answer. TWO MONTHS LATER I received an email certification which was (thank goodness) excepted by my school. On another note, I paid to receive a basic first aid kit after the completion of the course. When I approached the instructor about it, she had no idea what I was talking about. SO... GETTING TO THE POINT, I TOOK THIS COURSE ON 11/16/2016 AND AM STILL WAITING TO RECEIVE MY CERTIFICATION CARDS AND FIRST AID KIT IN THE MAIL! Don't ever sign up through this company, they took my money and have not followed through on what I paid for.

This was the most disappointing class that I have taken as a nurse with 20 years experience.The instructor talked for 2 hours & we barely touched the "dummies" during the last hour. There was no written test or actual skills check off. I would like my $80 back and I fear for the 12 nursing students in the class that never even touched the AED or Ambu bag because the instructor was unprepared & too busy telling stories instead of training. I asked if I was accidentally put in a beginner class but was told "they are all the same class". I am still in shock that this was called an American Heart Association class- the AHA would never approve of a instructor eliminating skills & testing, and his unprofessional commentary. The entire class deserves their money back.

I booked a full CPR class over a month before my class. I had taken off from work to get the full 3 or so hours to learn what I was doing. The class was to be held around 12. Went to the hotel where it was held and they said the time has changed to a few hours later. No one notified me of this at all then 20 minutes after the class would have started normally I got a phone call saying the time had changed. So then after calling out of work, I went back to the hotel because I couldnt reschedule. The teacher was 15 minutes late. She said it was her first day and she didnt even get a chance to set everything up or even know what was going on. She thought she was teaching a blended class not having the students thrown in from an earlier time who were supposed to be taught multiple hours of CPR who have never learned it before. This class was for people who knew what they were doing and for the money I paid I feel like I didnt get the right experience to have taught me what I had to do in case of a serious emergency. The teacher tried to do her best but what the course I signed up for should have been versus what I was shown to do was really not how a person who knew nothing about CPR should have been taught. I was very unhappy with this program.

My Saturday AM class was rescheduled to a Sunday afternoon class, then rescheduled again to a Sunday evening class 9/9/16 @4P (as a 2.5hr home course and then a 30 minute live session) with less than 48 hours notice. The local course instructor, who I have had for years, is absolutely fabulous, was 15 minutes late as he stated he had to come from a DE course just for my healthcare professional class size of 3. Had I known the home course would've taken 2.5-3 hours as a self taught recert I would've rescheduled the class all together. Poorly done EnjoyCPR

The instructor brought her child to class. He was running around and loud. The husband was supposed to take him out of class and never did. It was a complete disruption to the class.

To whom it may concern, I have not received my CPR card, yet. I cannot submit a job application until I receive my CPR certification. CPR class was taken Dec 20 (almost 2 months). I've sent several emails and never received an email verification nor card.
