This instructor was the first in 30+ years that actually cared that we understood when how and why we do the whole CPR thing. Would give her 6 stars if I could. Have never taken the time to review an instructor before-please pat Tracey on the back or give her a raise or something! She is in this teaching thing to actually TEACH how to possibly save someone. Have been an RN for 30+ years-[tells you how many courses I have taken]-any student taking this class with HER will learn. Too bad she is moving out of Pa or I would seek her out for not only my certs but every health care professional I know-and that"s alota people. This company should be honored to have her!

The helping instructor taught the class. It was very confusing; I couldn't understand completely. He used different wording not specific vocabulary. Later, actual instructor gave a summary and that was really helpful and good.
