They don't even deserve a half star. I paid $64 for a class that never happened. They cancelled the class THE DAY OF & never bothered to call me. So after driving around Brockton, looking for a class tha twas cancelled, I was told my refund would be mailed & it would take 2 weeks. That was 2 months ago & I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY REFUND. Not to mention, that without a current CPR card, I can't work.

Enjoy CPR is a scam. I have been waiting over 4 months to be refunded $74 for a cancelled class. No one ever answers emails or calls. Please avoid using this company. They need to be shut down for good.

I would give them "0" stars if able. Paid for a class , they canceled the class less then 24 hrs. notice. no other class avail. in my area or time frame. granted a refund. told me I would get a check in mail in 9 wks. been since 8/19, no refund , contacted them in 12 wks.A Taja B. cust. service rep. said would follow up and call me back next day. no call in a week,.called back and was told no refunds are being given. they stole my money, contacted BBB. enjoy responded to say I would receive a check in mail. waited 2 wks. no check. wont respond to BBB. dont do business with these people. just think of all of others money they took? stay away, I am going to contact the AG. office next.I dont know how the state of MD. allows these people to still operate.look at all the other reviews.

The instructor was Great. This company is TERRIBLE!! Do not register with them. I signed up at a location 10 minutes away. With kids, aging parents to take care for, that location was good for me. THEY CHANGED THE LOCATIIN THE NIGHT BEFORE! This company are deceivers! They lie! Take your money and change the location the night before. Over 25 miles away. They had my money. Again...the instructor was great..no complaints. But this company...deceivers.

The original class I was to take changed. I could no longer take the class. I called and no other class was available as a substitute. I cancelled the class and have been waiting for my refund since May 26 2019. It is now November 1, 2019. I have called numerous times and have been told everything from a change in software that won't enable them to refund my money, to "wait and there should be a check at the end of the month". The last person I spoke to was Taja. She told me that she had contacted accounting 3 days ago by email and had gotten no response. She told me there was no higher level manager I could speak to and I can't call accounting myself. I told her I would call her back in 3 days, contact the better business bureau and give them a poor review online. I have done all this. I would give them no stars.

My class was canceled in JUNE 2019 no email nothing went to class meeting place and was told class was canceled missed a day of work paid $100 and have not received my refund yet been calling them and calling going to get a LAWYER AND SUE THEM FOR MORE THEN A $100 SURE IT WILL MAKE ME FEEL BETTER dot use them ever
