The item I bought IS NOT compatible as…
The item I bought IS NOT compatible as described in the ad. The company charged $6.99 tax on. $13.95. Our tax rate is 10%. They refunded the tax error but basically said I got what I ordered. What I ordered (according to their ad) was iPhone compatible which it IS NOT. Now they are telling me they are on vacation and to be patient, it could take up to 5 days to hear back from them That is not customer Support. I’v sent 3 emails, and attached photos as requested. I guess I’m just going to let PayPay handle it from here.
