First of all Enhance has made some genuinely brilliant after market products for Tesla. I have purchased the knob, six buttons and the strip and all of them have been very easy to install and operate. They make a huge difference to my driving experience and are also a lot of fun to play around with! :) More importantly, when the knob developed a fault, Enhance took it back without issue, repaired it and returned it to me in four days total. Great experience! I highly recommend both their products and their customer service.

I had a problem with the S3XY Knob was turning green. I have sent the Knob to ENHNACE and in 1 week was back to me. I live in Romania ! 5* service !

The indicator stalks work perfectly on my 2024 model 3 highland. They have a factory finish and are mounted in what I consider the best possible way considering the challenges of making them fit, We did have a broken stalk but this was replaced without question and the customer service was great. I even got follow up emails etc. Thanks

After 1.8ish years the s3xy knob broke but i contacted support and they fixed it within a week. I'm based in NL, so bear that in mind. Love their products and the commander is the best thing in the ecosystem but the knob became so integral to the car that when it was in repairs I really missed it.

I am using the stalk, the knob and the S3XY buttons and all of them make the Tesla a little bit better. Now I had the first time an issue with the stalk, it broke during a turn..nothing I would like to see, but it has been replaced by enhance without any discussion. Everything else is working perfectly and I can recommend these products. The commender is a no brainer with the features.

Since the brightness of my knob had dimmed after two years, I inquired whether the brightness could be adjusted and was instructed to send it back. Truly a must-have if you own a Tesla. There are so many configuration options, be prepared to devote a little time each day to making it the way you want.
