After the death of my husband, I purchased a necklace and pendant of my daughter and husband. I also purchased the lifetime warranty. I had the pendant replaced due to tarnish.Now I need to replace the necklace and the pendant due to tarnish. I filed a claim and was told the warranty could not be honored because I previously filed a claim. The website clearly states lifetime warranty and does not state you can file one claim in a lifetime.

Been 2 months and still haven't received my item. Every time I email them they have the same response with a different customer service name at the bottom. Asked about my 60 day guarantee and no response would not trust them they will just take your money
