The kit arrived pretty quick at something than a week later and it seems at first glance all pieces are included. I would have liked a Connection Diagramm at the motor and blades but hopefully can figure that out. There is a diagram included for the connections to/from batteries, charger and ESC.

I've been purchasing engines and parts from EngineDiy for 2 yrs. now, and aside from US Tarrifs, products have arrived well packaged and just what I ordered. Before writing this review, I read the 1 srar reviews. I'm not judging previous reviews going back as far as 2023 because I was not yet a customer. My observation is that the reviews are either 1 star or 5 stars. This raises questions, because false or fraudulent websites are alleged to have mimicked EngineDIY. Generally speaking, you will see gradual rating trends up & down. I recently purchased 2 shorty lipo battery packs and 5 servos for my Capo U4 Queen as a package from EngineDIY. The servos arrived earlier than the batteries due to Hazardous materials requirement. One of the batteries was either damaged in shipping or was a manufacturer error. It was dead on arrival. Just so you know, I don't write many reviews only because some are a just a nuisance. Like buying Jello from a supermarket and then receiving a review request to explain the taste, packaging, and on time delivery. I highly recommend EngineDIY and believe that patience and mutual respect can resolve most issues. Sorry for the rant

Excellent service. The grease bottle was missing so EngineDIY immediately sent it free of charge. When it was detained by customs due some admin issue, EngineDIY sent another grease bottle free of charge. Also 2 external parts had cosmetic defects and replacement parts were sent immediately free of charge. The assembly manual is too small to see the fine details. I would prefer a PDF version where I can zoom-in. The claimed 2 Hour assembly time it way too optimistic. Overall Impression: It is a fun kit to build, which give you satisfaction when it starts spinning. An Update: A hi-res PDF version of the assembly manual has been sent to me via secured server– awesome.

Amazing customer service. Both Lucas and Rebacca from Enginediy were great. Constant communication and quick shipment and delivery of replacement parts. Very happy with the level of service.
