The kits are fantastic and fun to assemble. I especially like the steam engine kits. They operate with authenticity and look beautiful doing it. I am very impressed. I am also very impressed with ENGINE DIY customer service. One item I ordered was misrouted by the carrier service provider and I didn't receive it. I contacted ENGINE DIY. Less than 12 hours later a new order had been generated and sent using a different carrier service. Without hesitation I consider that to be excellence!
