It’s been 2 months and I still haven’t received it and they refuse to refund my money.

No assembly instructions... emails ignored...
Ordered a 3D Printed Tourbillon Clock Movement from EngineDIY. Item arrived without the assembly instructions. Emailed them but did not get a reply. I am expected to know how to assemble everything from scratch without any instruction sheet. Buy at your own risk.

Ordered a Hydrogen Generator from this…
Ordered a Hydrogen Generator from this company and it arrived damaged. It's been a month and I've sent multiple emails with photos of the damage. Each time I get the same reply. EngineDIY will send out a replacement unit asap. Never received replacement item or a tracking number.
