Lucas is the exemplar of superior customer service. Despite what looked like excellent packing, our Low Energy Coffee Cup Stirling Engine arrived damaged. We emailed the company about it and Lucas jumped into action. He responded to our email immediately and quickly sent us a replacement. He was pleasant and professional throughout the entire experience. Thank you for going the extra mile, for us, Lucas. Oh...and we love the prioduct too! Works like a charm. :-) We would be very happy to do business with this company again.

Lucas was exceptionally responsive to my issues. This was my first experience in purchasing such a kit, but I daresay when this one is complete, I will buy another; in part because of the support I received on what could have been seen as a minor thing by many companies. I will be back!!!

needed couple parts thought would take awhile but the team responded very quickly, answered all my questions and are sending me needed parts right away, very impressed, couldn't be happier, very impressed, I'll definitely order from this company again!

Customer service is what earned this company 5 stars.

It was well parked and nothing was damaged in the shipment. And it was everything that I ordered and the experience Was easy and complete. Thank you. Looking forward to buy an engine next probably the V8

Wonderful product and site. I purchased the 4 cylinder engine for my 9 year old grandson and me to assemble together. I purchased shipping insurance because of the long distance of origin. 2 parts were missing from the package and 1 screw did not fit the assembly. Neither of these affected the final display nor function of the engine. Tools needed to assemble are included. Instruction booklet is clear. All parts are cataloged, number and packaged for easy identification. I was pleasantly surprised at how well we were able to put it together. My grandson is ecstatic. He is now requesting this be our hobby and wants to tackle a steam engine next. I had my doubts initially about this site, but it seems to be legitimate and trustworthy. I will be purchasing from them again.
