To be honest
To be honest, it was a very disappointing experience. My appointment was at 3:45 PM, and I arrived on time. However, I had to wait until 8 PM without any update. I noticed that they seemed to prioritize Arabic-speaking patients, while others were made to wait much longer. Whenever we asked the reception, they simply told us to sit and wait, showing no concern about the delay. Despite having an appointment, they didn’t seem to care at all. It felt like discrimination at the highest level, which was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Even after 8 PM, I finally walked out without receiving my treatment. Such a bad experience.
