Energy Ogre 10 out of 10 for sure 100% of the time
I have been using Energy Ogre for a while now. We recently just bought a new home and need the electric turned on while keep on my current address. This went seamlessly and took maybe 20 minutes from start to finish to get the new address added to my account. Zach was awesome, very polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. I definitely recommend them to everyone I know because having them handle all of this makes my life just a little less stressful because I know they take care of it all for me and if there is anything I ever need to do they reach out immediately.

Rep Lakindra helped me with payment…
Rep Lakindra helped me with payment issue to Clean Sky. She helped me for 3 days resolve this issue, following up with me in steps we needed to take to resolve this issue. She went above and beyond by giving me a credit to cover the stop pay fee I had to pay my bank. Customer service like this is seldom seen these days. I’m so appreciative of Lakindra’s help and knowledge. Energy Ogre, she is an asset to you. Thanks so much for taking care of my payment issue to Clean Sky.

Joseph was well spoken and in a position lower than his talents deserve.
Joseph was well spoken. He had excellent phone etiquette and spoke English very well. He was well versed on policy and procedure for Energy Ogre and answered questions I had , before I had a chance to ask them. He is by far the best customer service rep I have had with Energy Ogre. With that being said, I have always had great service , Joseph stands out though. I would recommend that Joseph is considered for a training or management position , if he is not currently in one of those positions. He is an asset to any company. I will be pursuing him to come work for my company in the near future. Thank You for hiring quality individuals.
