I just received the item. It took almost a month to get here. Just have to figure out how to use it. No instructions were included. I gave it a 3 because that is mid way. Maybe after I have actually used it, I can change the rating. But I have to do some googling to find out how to use.

The rollerball is plastic. I was so excited about the rollerball being rose quartz and very disappointed it was only plastic. Also the shipping process was odd. I kept getting notices that the product was being sent out of Italy and yet the package had Chinese postage on it. I did appreciate though the tracking of the package was excellent. Please tell me why the roller ball was not quartz as advertised.

It took forever to get the order. That should be somewhere for the customer to see.

thin material, way too much stretch, material to "flexible" Try a look a competitor carhar... notice the material? allows pants to sag unless you pull all the stretch out
