Dear Michael, It’s a pity to hear, that your experience with EnergyBet so far, was not as you expected. We do value our customers' feedback and we are doing our best to provide support and entertainment our players are looking for. We are sorry to see that you had impression that our staff are incompetent and rude. We have reviewed your communication with us via LiveChat and we have noticed you got answers to your questions and clarifications as requested. What was out of our hands is that one of your combi bets was voided due to cancelled match and the other two selected bets were for events that still haven't take place, therefore we had to simply wait for them to be settled in due course. When this happened, your winnings were credited (with couple of hours delay due to technical break ) and your payout has been processed next morning. We hope to get a chance and regain your trust should you choose to bet with us again. Please feel free to contact us via email to [email protected] or via LiveChat, if you have any other questions or concerns. We will assist you with pleasure. Kind regards, EnergyBet Team
