Ordered the lights on Oct 4, received on Nov 4th, the ad shows them outside on poles, no poles Ad says come from Utah not true. They came from overseas. Ad says waterproof, box says non waterproof not true Ad says fast refund within 15 days, not true Ad says money back guarantee, not true. Have tried to get refunded because of dissatisfaction but they have given me the runaround. I will not buy anything else from this company!

No poles came with my order. No poles came with my order. There was nothing telling me i had to build anything. All the pics and videos showed poles with it. It is also smaller than the pics and videos showed and i wasn't informed i would have to buy 5volt power supply with it. Also pics and videos showed it being outside and the box said INDOORS only. I want a complete refund.

I bought a suncatcher depicting 3 owls. It was advertised as being stained glass but is solid plastic and looks cheap. Will never use this site again
