Do not buy from this company, they're a rip off. I bought 2 pairs of jeggings in my normal size for £25 incl postage after seeing the advert on the TV and on FB, and when they arrived they are at least 1 size too small and the company refuses to let me return them for a refund, even though their website says an item can be returned for a refund within 15 days. I even offered to pay return postage myself, but they still won't accept it. I'm now having to pay for something that I can't use, and I don't want anyone else to have the same experience I had.

Never buy from these scammers. I ordered a jumpsuit, firstly the company over charged me, I had to email them to ask why I had been charged more than the jumpsuit was advertised for and they refunded the difference and said must have been an error. When I received it, it was not stretchy as it was advertised online, there is no give whatsoever. It’s very very cheaply made. There is also thread hanging out from each side. I contacted customer services to ask for a refund and to send me a returns label. I was told “if I don’t like it give it to a friend” After a lot of back and forth they are only willing to offer me £6 compensation and will not let me return it as the warehouse is in china even though they have sent me a incorrect and faulty product. Please do avoid this company they are absolute scammers. I could have made a better quality jumpsuit using my toes.
