Endurance LightsReviews of endurancelights.com

This light works great in my driveway which is pick black at night

The Price, the promise of the lights doing as was advertised, the timely shipping!

Endurance Lights is not a good company. I purchased 5 of their 90W solar powered street lights directly from them in 2023. Cost was $408.08. All 5 of the lights were defective. The motion sensors did not work unless you were less than 6 inches away. All 5 lights had the same issue. I contacted their support who can only read and reply from scripts. They said I had to send them not only a picture of the bad lights, but also a video demonstrating the failure. They claimed I got a bad batch and for me to return them and they would send 5 more. I foolishly believed them. I had to pay for the return shipping costs (close to $30 just for the light portion). They then sent me 5 more lights all of which, of course, did not function also. One of the 5 did have a motion sensor range of 3 feet which was still useless and far from the advertised 20+ feet. They again demanded a picture and another video showing the failures. I then requested a refund because of the obvious manufacturing defect in their product. This time I returned everything and had to pay again for the return shipping ($49.82). Endurance then claimed that I needed to pay a 20% restocking fee because ALL returns must pay for restocking. This means I have to pay nearly $160 ($80 restock and $80 return shipping) to Endurance because they have faulty products. DO NOT BUY from Endurance. I spent days collecting data for them, and spent money traveling to the nearest UPS store, just to get charged a ‘restocking fee’ from this SCAM of a company. Their website deletes any post which is not 5 star. Finally, I did buy my solar powered street lights from another vendor through Amazon which has much better support and a much better return policy. Those lights worked the first time.

They shipped on time. We are using the lights on our fishing dock and they light up the bay where we fish. We ordered the120 watt lights as they are the brightest you can purchased that stay on all night without using a motion sensor.

Delivery was swift and the product performed as advertised

Fast service. called when i forgot to checkout to remind me, and the product lights up my bocce court like a baseball field. covers every corner.

The product is well made and performs great. I have several 90W lights around the perimeter of my property and they have been one of my best investments. Also, the customer service is 5-star.

I would love to give this company a good review. I’d give it 0 if I could. They advertise BUY ANY TWO , GET A 90w FREE! THATS A SCAM!!!! I bought 6 brackets and the site added three 90w light. Then couple days later I get an email saying my order has been modified. They took away the lights. So i called them. They told me it was a glitch and they were sorry. Not that they would make it right and correct the so called glitch. So I will be returning all the brackets and taking my business elsewhere. I won’t promote or do business with a company that is ok with scamming people and lying to make money. Best of luck and buyer BEWARE!!!!
