Hi Lin, Due to FDA regulations, we are unable to provide dosing advice however we have many resources on our website that may help you find the information you seek. We have a dosing guide which uses the uptitration method as shown in this link here: https://www.endoca.com/cbd-dosage. You have bought the 10mg CBD capsules. We suggest starting with one capsule, and taking it twice a day for the first week and up-titrating until you find the results you are looking for, as follows: First week: 1 x capsule, 2 times per day Second week: 1 x capsules, 3 times per day Third week: 2 x capsules, 2 times per day Fourth week: 2 x capsules, 3 times per day And so on, until you find your perfect dose. If you find that you have gone beyond your correct dose, you can always just drop back down to your previous week's dose and continue on this until you feel the need to change it up. Hi Nofar, It may be in your interest to try and start up-titrating from your previous dose. Sometimes your body's needs change, and it may mean you just need to add a bit more to your regular dose. Also, you may want to check out your current batch against your previous batch by checking the batches and seeing whether perhaps there is less or more of one cannabinoid or hemp compound than another this time. iIt may be that you benefit more from one kind of hemp compound than another, which can be the case for many people with particular needs that use full spectrum hemp extracts. Hi Jeff, I'm sorry to hear that you were not 100% satisfied with the gum. We leave the gum as close to nature intended as possible, and use natural and biodegradable ingredients like chicle gum, to have the least impact on our environment. Normal gum can take decades to break down in the environment, wheres our product can be thrown out with the compost. To get the most out of the product you have, we suggest mixing your gum with store bought gum to help with the texture, and help you get the CBD you need, in an easy and discreet way.
