Hi Doyle, Thank you for bringing our attention to this. Sometimes we can get quite busy, and every now and then we may miss an email that we do not mean to. Apologies for this. Our products are completely organic, meaning that are no preservatives, any chemicals or unnatural ingredients. Because of this, our products remain safe and wholesome for everyone, however the natural composition of our topical products can be sensitive to heat, especially during the kind of summer that we've been having. Hi Ellen, I'm sorry to hear that you're not wholly satisfied by your experiences. We recommend starting on 1 drop three times a day, and working your way up gradually to make sure that you do not overshoot your CBD sweet spot. However when it comes to CBD, everyone's threshold/sweet spot is different. Some people find they only need smaller amounts whereas others with more serious health conditions like yours may need much more. Our CBD + CBDa (RAW) products are most likely better suited to your needs, as CBDa has been found to have incredible anti-inflammatory benefits which many inflammation sufferers have said that the difference between using just CBD or CBD+CBDa is like night and day. Hi Esan, Happy to hear that you've been enjoying the flavour of your gum. We understand that our gum may be a little different to what you're normally used to. This is because we use completely natural ingredients, one being chicle gum native to south America. It is completely environmentally friendly, and breaks down after just days rather than years like with conventional (environmentally damaging) gum. If the texture isn't something you could get used to, you could always mix it with another biodegradable gum you find in the store. This way you'll get the benefits of your CBD in a gum, without the texture hindering your enjoyment of it. Some people find 15mg at once a little too much for them, while others need a lot more. Best way around this is to add some extra drops of CBD oil to your gum, so that you get the effects you're after. Hi Barbara, It's great to hear that you're already a fan of cannabis medicine and knows what works for you. For those that do not have access, or do not like the effects of THC, CBD is a fantastic substitute and works well for many of our customers in its own right, As you've just described, CBD works differently for everyone. Sometimes it takes a a day to have an effect, sometimes weeks or even months. It really depends on the individual. It may also depend heavily on the dose you are taking. 10mg may not be enough for you, or perhaps it is too much in one go. We suggest starting with one capsule 2-3 times a day, or starting with 1 drop of oil 3 times a day, and working your way up slowly to find your perfect dose. When it comes to CBD, everyone is different, so what works for one person, may not work for another and vice versa. The Raw versus heated debate depends heavily on the individual. In saying that, many of our customers find the heated version of our products provide a more calming effect, so we normally suggest this for people that want these effects. Hi Jack, Thanks for getting in touch with us. When it comes to dosing, everyone is different, however CBD can take time to take an effect in the body. It is also important to remember that up-titration is the suggested method of increasing dosage, so make sure you are slowly increasing your dosage little by little. At the moment, it sounds like you are taking only 5mg in the morning and 5mg in the evening, which for most of our customers using this product for pain or anxiety, isn't always enough.
