Just make sure you are on the UK site! I inadvertently ordered on the USA site and got a VAT bill and import charges. But the products are very good.

As far as the taste of our oil goes - we want to keep our products fully organic and as close to the nature as possible, therefore, we do not use any taste altering substances or chemicals. If you find it difficult getting used to the taste of the oil, we kindly suggest you try mixing it with honey or peppermint oil in order to mask the earthy/hempy taste! :) Thanks so much for taking the time to share your feedback with us! Service was excellent. Only just received item so can’t comment until I’ve used it for a few weeks. On the negative side I struggle to understand the high postage cost. A small padded envelope and weight 30g would never cost £10 ???

We know our customers prefer to receive their products in good time, and in good shape, which is why we pay a premium for these services. In the past we have tried to provide cheaper shipping options, however in the end we had many more orders being lost, stolen, or that never arrived at their destination, which was obviously very frustrating for our customers. So we made the decision to change our delivery providers so that we could have more confidence in the delivery of our orders, and so that our customers received their products the first time around. We do offer free shipping when ordering over £/€100 of Endoca products, so perhaps you could make a bulk order, or ask your friends and family if they'd like to order with you so that you reach the £/€100 limit for free shipping!
