Hi Christine, I'm sorry to hear that your 3% Raw CBD oil did not provide you with the results you were looking for to help you with sleep. Our Raw products have been noted to provide our other customers with greater amounts of focus and energy, while our decarboxylated, or heated, products have been said to provide calm and easier relaxation. For this reason, we often explain to our customers that if you are looking for help with calm and relaxation, then our heated products are the ones to go for, rather than our raw selection. You may find that using your Raw products throughout the day, and not taking it a few hours before bed helps you get the results you are looking for, otherwise I suggest trying the heated version, and chatting with our Customer Care agents to help guide you toward the results you are looking for at [email protected].
