Hi Robin, I'm sorry to hear that 3% product did not provide you with the experiences you were looking for. We have two ranges, the 3% is our healthy living range and our 15% is our repair range. The 3% product contains approximately 1mg of CBD per drop, whereas the 15% is five times that at 5mg per drop. We suggest to people that are using CBD for more pervasive issues to start on the 15% if they are looking for results that are far more powerful. Perhaps this is something you'd like to look into. You may also play around with dosing by adding more drops of oil to your current dosage amount. We also have topical products that many with pain and inflammation in the joints and muscles use with great results. Hi Lynn, I'm happy to hear that you are feeling the effects of your 99% CBD crystals. We provide the jar weight and mg amount of CBD on our website, on our product page, and in the images of our products as well, however I'm sorry to hear that that you did not find this information easily. We want to be as transparent as possible with our customers, so will look into providing more information regarding product size. When it comes to CBD crystals, it is important to remember that it is the most refined CBD you can get. It contains only CBD, and nothing else, so when you factor in the mg amount you're receiving (500mg) and the price of the product $45, so the price per mg of CBD comes in at 0.09c . This is the same or cheaper than what you'll find with our other products, even though the CBD crystals go through more processing. The Crystals are best used for mixing with other things such as vape liquids (80/20 PG/VG mix) or in edibles where you can create your own recipe and dose your CBD however you'd like. So depending on what you're needing it for, there may be some administration methods that work better than others. Hi Serge, Love the title of your review! I'm sorry to hear that you have not had the experiences you were looking for just yet. When it comes to CBD everyone is different. We always suggest starting with a very low dose (such as 1 drop, 3 times a day for the first week) so that your body can get used to it before you start taking larger doses, as 10mg may be a bit too much for you. The Raw sometimes has this effect on people when it hasn't been slowly introduced to the body, it can make people feel relaxed and/or buzzy. Perhaps you could start with piercing the capsule to get a drop or two and place this under your tongue, then slowly work your way up to the dose you need. Hi John, Happy to hear that you have had a slight improvement in relaxation and calm with your 3% raw oil. You are using the medium strength oil, so it is important to note that depending on what your needs are, you may need to up-titrate to get the effects you're after. The 3% oil has approximately 1mg of CBD in it whereas the 15% has approximately 5mg per drop, and so may provide you with an easier way to dose for your needs.
