Hi Richard, Thank you for your feedback. When it comes to postage, we do our best to ensure that the delivery partners we use provide the very best services we can get. We do pay premium for this, as we know our customers want to receive their items as quickly and confidently as possible. In the past we have tried to provide inexpensive shipping options, however the quality was diminished along with the cost, and in the end we were obliged to spend more on re-sending our products due to lost shipments, and poor handling. I hope this goes a little way to providing a little more info regarding shipping. Just wanted to mention also that we offer free shipping on orders over €100. Perhaps you could get some friends/family together so that your purchase is larger, and you receive the products you want without any shipping fees. We believe that everyone is different when it comes to their CBD sweet spot, and there is no 'one size fits all', so your results depend on your body and what it needs. Our strong range however is for more pervasive health issues and contains around 5 x the amount of the 3%, with approximately 50 mg per single capsule.
