Hi Erin, I'm sorry to hear that the pills weren't your cup of tea. Endoca products are 100% natural, and contain a diverse range of phytocannabinoids, plant waxes, oils and other components that are naturally found in the cannabis plant. You may have had a reaction to the plant ingredients themselves, as the capsules are made with both CBDa (CBD's acid precursor) and CBD, along with hemp oil, which may have caused this particular reaction. You may find the CBD oil, which you place beneath your tongue provides you with the results you're after without the need to digest it. Our gum is made out of 100% natural ingredients, like sustainably sourced chicle gum, organic peppermint etc, so it may differ in texture and flavor to what you're used to with brand name gums. Our gum is softer and smoother, and because it is natural, breaks down faster meaning it is better for the environment too. Many of our customers have found adding store bought gum to their Endoca gum allows them to get the CBD they need without any issue, so I'm glad that you also found this technique helped with your enjoyment of the product. Hi Jackie, Thanks for taking the time to leave us with your feedback. When it comes to CBD, everyone's experiences are as unique as the individual that uses them, which is why we can't guarantee that what works for one person will work for another. The CBD salve is certainly a high strength product, however it may just take some time using it to find results you're looking for. You may also find that what your body may need is internal administration rather than topical. You see, topical administration is great for some, however CBD does not penetrate the skin barrier like say transdermal patches do, so others find that using CBD topically does not provide them with the kind of pain relief that internal administration would. You may find using one of our other internal administration products is a better option for you, like our 3% RAW or 15% RAW CBD oils. These are taken sublingually where CBD is transported through the permeable membrane under the tongue, through the bloodstream, and directly to where it is needed. Hi Mike, I'm sorry to hear that the CBD gum was not effective for you. When it comes to CBD, it is very difficult to say in which way it will interact with your body, and therefore what benefits you might receive. In saying that, the CBD gum is best used for minor uses such for general wellbeing and relaxation, whereas our other products starting at 3%-30% are best used for more severe needs, such as chronic illness, pain management, mental health and other serious illnesses. You can up-titrate with the gum by using two at a time, meaning you're getting 30mg of CBD instead of 15mg with one piece, or you may find it easier to up-titrate by using another product like our 3% or 15% CBD oils. We advise all Australian customers via email that their orders may take between 4-6 weeks to arrive, an email that was sent to you on the same day you ordered with us. As you made your order on the 21st of February, and you have just left your review on the 24th of March, this falls within the expected time of delivery of 3-6 weeks. We stick to very strict GMP certified practices within our labs, and manufacturing plants, making the products we create of a super high quality, with very little chance for contamination and corruption, however during packing, a hair may have accidently been trapped and ported inside of the cardboard packaging.
