Excellent Customer Service

I ordered 15% RAW Hemp Oil and 15% Hemp Oil (a few of each). I was emailed to say it had been shipped and to expect white labels on bottles (not Endoca labels) to ensure it would arrive and not get help up in customs. It arrived to Sydney, Australia in around 8 days with no problems. The white labels had a batch number and expiry date. I contacted Endoca to see which bottles were which product. They informed me which batches were Raw and which were Decarb. They contacted me back later that day to tell me they had made a mistake with the Raw Oil by sending me 3% instead of 15%, and they were sending out the 15% straight away. They apologized and told me to keep the 3% as a gift for the inconvenience. I would never have known this had they not been honest about their mistake. Since I started researching Hemp Oil I have found Endoca to be extremely professional and always helpful answering all the questions I had. They are passionate about their products and compassionate with their customers. I have been waiting for the 15% to arrive (which it just has) before starting the drops, so I can't rate the products yet but will as soon as I can, though I have no doubt about it's authenticity.
