If this product, as your packaging says, requires refrigeration: Was this advised when advertised? How was it refrigerated in transit? How long was it unrefrigerated? How long will pass before the product suffers from lack of refrigeration? KC

Hi Ken, Thank you for leaving us with your feedback. If you head to our products description, you can see that in the suggested use section it says that we suggest to "Store in a cool, dry place and avoid exposure to heat or sunlight." For example - https://www.endoca.com/product/hemp-whipped-body-butter-1500mg-cbd We believe that leaving your product in the refrigerator is best as it means that you are not putting the oil in high heat or leaving it directly in the sunlight, but this does not have to be done at all times. I personally have my bottle with me at all times as it lives in my backpack, and I am still able to perceive the benefits without the product ever getting damaged by heat. Put it simply, as long as you keep your product in a cool, dry environment, it should be totally fine as well. Meaning the product can't actually "suffer" from the lack of refrigeration as long as it isn't directly exposed to heat. I hope that clarifies the situation for you!
