Hi there, I'm very sorry to hear that you've not had the experiences that you were hoping for. When it comes to CBD everyone is different, and what works for one person may not work for another. We also cannot mention whether CBD works for particular health issues or illnesses, as it is against FDA and advertising regulations, so we steer well clear of making such claims. We do understand your situation however and are making a full refund. We also invite you to check out our Endoca Quality report section on our website so that you can check the batch number on your product to quality report and our website which lists all the ingredients and compounds found in our products, which toxins and contaminants section which also shows you whether it contains anything that shouldn't be in there. Hi A, I'm sorry to hear that you were not so happy with your whipped body butter. We like to keep things as natural as possible with our products, so don't use any unnatural ingredients like preservatives, perfumes. When the the body butter is in colder weather, it may become slightly harder in texture. On the other hand, in warmer temperatures, the body butter may unharden and become less compact in viscosity. Try placing the jar into a large, flat based casserole dish with hot water, making sure the water line is well below the lip of the jar. Leave the body butter to sit for several minutes, or until you feel that it has loosened up. This should allow the mixture to unharden and allow you to take the amount of cream needed. Furthermore, Once you have a small amount of the product in your hand, you can use your own body heat to further heat it for easier application. Hi Christian, I'm sorry to hear this. When it comes to CBD, everyone's experiences are as individual as the person that uses it. There is no one size fits all, and what works for one person doesn't mean it'll work for others. We often tell our customers that it is generally a matter of starting low and going slow, increasing your dose until you start to see the results you're after, however for some people, even with time and patience, still the results they are looking for, aren't reached. I invite you to take a look into double-blind placebo studies on cannabis and cannabinoids, as many medical articles of this kind show positive results for the cannabinoid groups over placebo groups. For example the following medical article: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5767492/, states: "CBD was found to be superior to placebo in reducing the frequency of convulsive (tonic-clonic, tonic, clonic, and atonic) seizures in patients with Dravet syndrome, and the frequency of drop seizures in patients with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome. " It may also be worthwhile looking further into the endocannabinoid system and how this works in your body to bring homeostasis.
