Hi Avril, I'm really sorry to hear that you didn't receive your tracking information. Usually, courier company sends it to the customers directly, however, sometimes these emails get to spam and in rare case it may not reach the customer due to some system glitch. We always recommend to get in touch with us if you do not receive the tracking information in 48 hours after order is complete. Usually, it takes up to 48 hours during business days to dispatch order and 3-5 business days to deliver. I see in you case parcel was slightly delayed but it is with you now. I'm really sorry that you experienced the delay, unfortunately, sometimes courier services delay due to unexpected conditions like weather, traffic and etc. which we are not able to impact.
