Website and customer service are outstanding. The crystal cbd is ok, though flavorless. The tinctures have been very disappointing. Tried small one with cbda and big one, too. Neither dispenses well at all. Endoca was my first supplier. Since then I have learned more. UPDATE (5/5/17) Endoca reached out to me and admitted to some issues with a few lots, which mine was in. I have been able to use some of what I had by adding some fractionated coconut oil (so it doesn't thicken up in the fridge. I guess safflower oil would work too). I also lost (spilled) some of the product in trying to make it flow through the dropper. Endoca is sending me a replacement and assures me that their process and bottles will work correctly going forward. I believe them and will certainly continue using their products daily as part of my varied and complex regimen.
